简介

10年前，心狠手辣的迈克尔·梅耶（乔治·P·威尔伯 饰）陷入了永久性昏迷，身边的人获得了短暂的安宁。时间转眼到了1988年10月31日万圣节，迈克尔被雷蒙德精神病中心的医护人员转送到了另一家医院。在救护车里，医护人员的闲聊唤醒了这个沉睡了10年的恶魔。醒来后的迈克尔得知姐姐的女儿杰米（丹妮尔·哈里斯 饰）住在哈登菲尔德，于是他杀死了医护人员，独自前往侄女的住所。

被克鲁塞斯一家收养的杰米多年来一直被关于叔叔的恐怖噩梦所困扰。让她没有想到的是，梦中的恶魔即将出现在她面前，摧毁杰米原本平静的生活……
