简介

该剧改编自20世纪30年代英国的真实事件，一位牧师莱纳斯（约翰·赫弗南饰）被教会任命为代理牧师，他带着妻子玛丽安（杰西卡·布朗·芬德利饰）和女儿小艾搬进了一座神秘的庄园。

然而搬进这所房子没多久，怪事就接连发生，除了半夜听到喃喃自语，还会看见奇怪的僧侣，他们的女儿小艾的行为举止也越来越奇怪，随着被骚扰的次数越来越多，随着时间的推移，莱纳斯和玛丽安不得不向著名的捉鬼专家哈里（肖恩·哈里斯饰）寻求帮助。

他们必须一起揭开这座房子的超自然力量的真相，以及它那令人震惊的恐怖过去……
