简介

王后阿尔克墨涅（罗珊·麦琪 饰）无法忍受丈夫安菲特律翁（斯科特·阿金斯 饰）对人民的残暴统治，向上帝祈祷求助，于是生下了儿子赫拉克勒斯（凯南·鲁兹 饰），他的使命就是推翻王室统治。然而赫拉克勒斯对自己的使命一无所知。

国王宠爱长子伊菲克勒斯（利亚姆·加里根 饰），却对赫拉克勒斯嗤之以鼻。之后，赫拉克勒斯爱上了美丽的公主赫伯（盖亚·维斯 饰），但国王却把公主许配给了伊菲克勒斯。伊菲克勒斯虽然表面上对弟弟十分仁慈，但背地里却是个两面派的恶棍。为了和心爱的人在一起，赫拉克勒斯决定和公主赫伯私奔，却被卫兵拦下，等待他的将是残酷的惩罚。
